There is a lot of new and exciting changes at NATG; a new IT division, new team members, new office space, a new look, and a name more reflective of all the things we do. 

 

It’s exciting that we launched our new web page reflecting our new directions - the new look is more than just snazzy marketing it’s a change in direction, attitude, and an increased commitment to our customers. At NATG we love helping our customers succeed - that’s fully ingrained in our commitment to see problems through to resolution. One area our customers were asking for help was on the IT side with managed services, cloud, servers, workstation (PC’s), printers, and a lot of technology confusion. Everyone says their IT stuff is great - the reality is that a lot of it really is but takes a great team to keep it all working and most importantly working together for organizational success. Not much happens at work anymore without power or internet - NATG is working with our customers on many new and exciting technologies to help keep the best possible uptime possible - Technologies like SD wan, proactive hardware replacement, cloud back ups, working anywhere technologies, and disaster recovery strategies.

 

It’s been an exciting several months with a lot of hard work and a few sleepless nights as we expand to meet the needs of our great long term customers. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you to help you sleep better at night knowing your business technology is well protected and if a disaster does strike it won’t hold your business back
